The mission of the Institute for Consciousness Training is to pull together a THINK TANK via --“A Gathering of Thinkers/Seekers”-- to engage in lively and mutually respectful discourse on:
- The true nature of being human and the nature of truth regarding the teachings inherent in age-old principles, practices and promotion of health and healing of the whole person and planet—Body, Mind, Soul.
- Nurturing a thoughtful learning process where student/thinkers can explore and open themselves to looking deeply into a subject. In a sense, we are working toward exploring the idea of a Whole Person ecology. At its core, the Wellness School is about the idea of Oneness or Universal Health, Well-being and Balanced Living. Positive change happens through building a healthy relationship with the self and extending that to the other, i.e. family, co-workers, community, state, nation and planet. The ultimate purpose is to “HEAL THYSELF” through “Right Thinking, Speaking, Choosing, and Being.”
- Applying these ‘skillful means’ in life, stress, and energy management toward improved self-care. In so doing, we are able to be of greater service to others. It is Consciousness Training of the highest order. It teaches state of the art principles from the various calibrations of Science and the diverse denominations of Theology as put forth through the philosophy of Concept-Therapy.
- If you are interested in thinking first and then thinking differently or critically, join the “Gathering of Thinkers” and begin to Transform your Consciousness intentionally. All helpers of humanity are welcome—whatever your role in life, there is a place at the table of knowledge for you.
- Earn CEU’s (Consciousness Exploration Units) with no strings attached and no hoops to jump through, other than simply living your life and practicing increased THINKING & BEING. We are thinking beings after all, and it is this that makes us human—this ability to THINK INWARDLY and work with our concepts and thereby CHANGE our mind and other aspects of our lives through well-designed mindfulness principles and practices. If you can change your mind, you can change your body and your life circumstances…THINK about it…It is possible to “Make Ourselves ANEW”.
